Stopping Smoking

The truth you might be running from is so small,
But it’s as big as the promise of the coming day.

Do you want to be a non-smoker? I hope so.

If you want to reduce or stop smoking as quickly and easily as possible, I am committed to helping you do that because you deserve to be free of cigarettes now.

Even more than freedom from cigarettes (or vaping), I want to help you focus on who you are beyond the smoking.

  • What brings you your greatest happiness?
  • What’s the most important thing you can do with your one wild and precious life?
  • How good will you feel when you are living beyond all the obstacles?
  • How do you make that life happen?

Quitting smoking is a great next step.

You know smoking poisons you, and you hate that. Sadly, hating smoking doesn’t make it easier to quit. In fact, the shame only makes it harder.

Tried quitting before? It’s not that easy, is it?

If we can make stopping easier using all the best change techniques available, will you do it? Lisa did.

Lisa, a popular and free-spirited woman, had picked up smoking at 19 years old.

After 32 years of smoking, she was frustrated and ready to quit. Of course, she had tried but could never handle the cravings. Every time she drove or needed to de-stress at work, she’d find herself smoking in the parking lot before she knew it.

Thankfully, Lisa had the courage and determination to ask for help. Maybe because she was strong and smart, Lisa knew she couldn’t handle this one alone. Frankly, it was just too hard. If she could’ve done it, she would’ve already.

When we began relaxation training, Lisa started having waves of feelings she didn’t understand. We explored her experience, and she identified past stressors she carried and how to let go of them.

The actual quitting smoking was the easy part. I helped Lisa permanently quit smoking in one session using hypnosis. The point is: she was ready for it.

Lisa turned over a new leaf. She is clearing the past, facing the present, and creating the future she deserves.

Lisa has compassion for smokers and sees them as ‘hanging out in death’s waiting room,’ but she knows better than to judge them.

Most people will need to use a variety of techniques, but everyone can succeed. Those who are ready could quit in one session.

When you’re ready to quit, call me and let’s set a time to begin to end your relationship with cigarettes. If you want this change enough to invest in becoming a non-smoker, don’t wait for more months and years to be lost.

Quitting smoking gives you time to reinvest your life in more positive ways to take care of yourself. Imagine handling life without smoking.
